where i was going i got into a new relationship and i feel like whenever you get a new relationship you kind of just because obviously you go out to breakfast a lot you got to dinner so you kind of naturally are eating more you might pack on a few pounds which is totally fine but yeah i kind of fell out of my love of exercising in particular still eating quite healthily but i just kind of stopped exercising granted i was doing cheerleading at uni but that was not that often and that's kind of what i did then we get into 2019 so last year and i definitely kind of fell off the fitness wagon completely i didn't really have any consistent exercise pretty much for the entire year like obviously every now and then i would try to get into working out a little bit but it just didn't really stick i was finding a really hard time finding what it was that i liked because if i don't like it i'm not gonna do it because i feel like half of it is being disciplined and then the other half is being actually wanting to enjoy it and like liking what you're doing i didn't follow a diet i was still eating healthily but i wasn't exercising and then i went through a breakup and i don't know if that influenced anything it probably did in hindsight but i ended off that year feeling really just not great about myself i was definitely a little bit heavier than i had been probably in my life um just for reference as well i'm five foot so i'm a pretty small human being so since i am so short whenever i lose or gain weight i feel like you can see it pretty visibly on my
small frame but i was weighing probably towards the end of 2019 about 60 kilos which is obviously fine i think it depends on who you are but for me i didn't feel great about myself at all i wasn't exercising i wasn't eating great and when i say eating great i mean i was probably over overeating you can eat the healthiest in the world but at the end of the day if you're eating too much you're going to gain weight period that's that's literally what it is at the end of the day i wasn't feeling the best and i was kind of just like ugh then i went away on holiday to canada and the us came back and i was like right it's 20 20. and i started off the year wanting to do keto because back in like 2016 when i was in grade 12 i actually lost quite a lot of weight probably similar to what i've lost again this time right before my formal i tracked my food and i went to the gym regularly that was like the two things i did so
